My research focuses on engineering split protein biosensors that generate amplified signals in response to specific molecular interactions. By incorporating feedback mechanisms, I aim to create highly sensitive biosensors capable of detecting biological targets present at low concentrations.

My current work aims to develop and evaluate strategies to enhance soluble protein expression in microbial factories.
